For Greater Glory

NOW playing at the RAVE theater in Eastgate....It opened yesterday.  We went to see it last night with Fr. Wise.  See the trailer here, then please take the time to go see the movie!  It is wonderful and inspiring.

    I wanted to share how I was introduced to this movie. One morning I was inspired to pick up our saint-a-day book, which had lain dormant for many weeks, and read to the kids about Fr. Christopher Magallanes, a martyr in the Cristeros War in Mexico. I had never heard of him, never heard of it. Then that very afternoon, Catholic Digest showed up in my mailbox with a cover story about a new movie coming out about the Cristeros War (with Peter O'Toole playing Fr. Christopher). Suspecting that this was no casual coincidence, I knew we had to go see the movie! We weren't able to go opening night, but it's high on my list of things to do right away.
