A little Apologetics piece

This whole idea was new to me as far as a"re-designed crucifix" is concerned.  None the less, have a look and comment should you so desire.

    I like the standard crucifix, but it may be because that is the one I grew up with. I like the idea of the redeemer, but I like the way it personalizes it with the nailed Jesus more. Its easy to say He was beaten and killed, but seeing it brings it home. It shows that He was willing to be human with all its weaknesses.

    Indeed, and it also reminds us that we are continually, as we sin, contributing to his wounds upon that cross!
